A nice cover
with a set of Joint-Issue stamps issued by Russia (and Belarus) on 25 June 2012
on Newts. The species shown on the stamps are the Crested Newt (Triturus cristatus) and the Smooth Newt (Lissotriton vulgaris). Newts are small slender-bodied amphibians from the family Salamandridae.
